Maple Grove Cemetery

Autumn maples along a quiet cemetery path.

Tyler Butters is sexton. Janis Caruso-Russell, deputy clerk, handles administration and sales. Call the township office for a lot, a burial, or a record.

FOIA

Ask to inspect or copy a public record. The clerk coordinates records. The official request form, fee itemization, and procedures are in the records library. Use this note if you want a paper trail of what you meant to ask — then deliver it to the clerk. This preview does not file the request.

Describe the record. Include a phone number if the clerk should call.
